ApherisFold, an enterprise co-folding application that enables pharma teams to deploy cutting-edge models such as OpenFold 3 and Boltz-2 directly within their own environments.
About the role
We’re hiring a Growth Manager / Associate to turn the momentum of our federated networks into scalable, data-driven growth. You’ll design systems, run experiments, and help shape how the world’s top pharma companies discover Apheris. You’ll create a data-driven, scalable growth engine — combining paid search, account-based outreach, CRM automation, and analytics to generate qualified leads and improve marketing performance.
You’ll work closely with the Brand & Demand Generation Manager and the Business Development team to ensure that Apheris’ outreach, campaigns, and marketing systems run as a cohesive and measurable funnel from awareness to opportunity. This way, you’ll bring our top of funnel to the next level.
This is a hands-on, system-building role for someone who thrives at the intersection of B2B top-of-funnel growth, automation, and scientific audiences. To be considered for this role, you must have a demonstrable track record of setting up data-driven growth engines, preferably integrated with agentic workflows. Our focus is on a niche scientific audience at leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
What you will do

Design and optimize growth systems
- Build and manage end-to-end marketing operations across HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related tools.
- Develop dashboards, automate reporting, and track funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, attribution).
- Implement automation workflows and lead scoring for lifecycle and nurture campaigns.

Run targeted account-based campaigns
- Design and execute highly targeted, account-based and signal-based outreach campaigns for pharma and biotech organizations.
- Combine paid campaigns, outbound sequences, and keyword-based targeting to reach senior stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign messaging and performance.

Lead marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Define and report on growth KPIs, identifying what works and what doesn’t.
- Continuously A/B test messaging, channel mix, and creative to improve conversion rates and signal quality across all outreach programs.
- Maintain data integrity and consistent tracking across CRM and paid channels.
- Enable leadership’s data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate across marketing and BD
- Partner with the Brand & Demand Generation Manager and our Product team to align messaging, ICPs, and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Business Development Analyst on CRM execution and manual outreach support.
You will operate as an execution partner and force-multiplier, ensuring the right things happen quickly and to a high standard.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related discipline.

2–4 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS, AI, or life sciences. What matters more than your years of experience is a proven track record of setting up scalable systems and workflows and operating in a data-driven way.
- Experience designing and running account-based or signal-based campaigns targeting pharma, biotech, or other scientific audiences.
- High ownership and execution drive — you build systems, not just run campaigns.

Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Phantombuster, Apollo).

Hands-on experience with AI-enabled growth workflows (e.g., enrichment agents, automated lead scoring).

Experience running account-based marketing or sales automation campaigns for enterprise B2B.
- Strong analytical mindset — you work comfortably with dashboards, metrics, and experiment data.

Familiarity with pharma or biotech customer segments.

Excellent written and verbal communication. English: C2 level; German optional.
Nice to have
- Basic SEO/GEO, content marketing, or visual design experience (infographics, videos, ads).
- Understanding of lead scoring models and attribution frameworks.
- Prior collaboration with scientists or technical experts to create credible content.
