Hi, I’m Shun, founder and CEO of Anima. I left my career as a doctor because I was tired of seeing patients die from delays and misdiagnosis.

Our mission is to deliver precision medicine to anyone, anywhere, in under 24 hours. Our platform already serves millions of patients and 10xs the capacity of doctors. But the truth is, we’re just getting started. We’re building toward a superhuman, personalised medicine agent that could go well beyond humans, crunching tens of thousands of low level features at genome and transcriptome level.

As a growth generalist at Anima, you'll tackle the most urgent problems. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, revenue, and operations. Your mission is to identify where the leverage is and build scalable solutions - whether that’s automations powered by LLMs, smarter analytics pipelines or entirely new internal systems and processes. No two days are the same.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a force of nature when it comes to solving problems, running through walls to make things happen.

• Is exceptional at ‘breadth-first search’ and first principles thinking.

• Has strong engineering ability and a track record of learning new technologies and tools.

• Has examples of turning human and non-human systems into high usability human-in-the-loop automations.

• Can zoom in and out easily, balancing the big picture with attention to detail on a given problem or solution

• Thrives when faced with ambiguity, novelty and high-pressured timelines

• Is a natural team player who’s only satisfied when the whole company’s goals are met.

What to expect in the role

• You’ll work directly with the co-founders.

• You’ll work cross-functionally with every team on the most interesting problems. Like “How do we select and win the perfect basket of distribution partnerships? or “How do we minimise the time from contracted ARR to realised revenue collection?”

• You’ll own your projects end to end and ship fast, building up a tonne of experience across all domains.

• You’ll learn new technologies; whatever is needed to solve the problem. Our stack is mature, modern, and built for rapid iteration: fully serverless backend on AWS, JS/TS across the board (Angular, React, Capacitor, Electron), with robust CI/CD and test coverage, as well as no-code tooling such as Retool and Zapier.
