The Role

In this role you’ll be responsible for the execution of our CRM and Loyalty efforts - driving conversion, retention, engagement and reactivation with LB Community+ loyalty program. You’ll be supporting the CRM & Loyalty team in their strategy and execution of loyalty initiatives such as building automated CRM communication flows. You’ll also be dedicated to increasing and managing the assortment of our Rewards.

You should have / be

  • Strong project management, multitasking and execution abilities
  • Experience in loyalty program and/or events planning will be advantageous
  • A self-starter, resourceful, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right, and fast!
  • A genuine interest in fashion and general female consumer products

Main responsibilities

  • Support with rewards sourcing and production for our LBCommunity+ loyalty programme, inclusive of setting up rewards on e-commerce backend
  • Support the team with execution of lifecycle campaigns and tactics across communication channels, including setting up email campaigns and onsite communication touchpoints
  • Assess campaign effectiveness by preparing tracking reports and analyzing results
  • Support and participate in end-to-end campaign strategy to execution, including creation of promotional codes
  • Heavy involvement in content creation - Liaise and manage timelines with graphic design and copywriting team to create campaign deliverables
  • Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support, such as vendor liaison and data reconciliation
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives and events by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Availability for at least 6 months
  • Undergraduates and graduate students are both welcome to apply
  • Some knowledge/experience in campaign management
  • Experience in loyalty program and/or events planning will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics tools, SQL is a big PLUS
