We are a rapidly growing company at the forefront of innovation in the EdTech industry. Our team is dedicated to shaping the future of education through groundbreaking products and services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team.
As the Growth Analytics Lead you will take ownership of one of the company’s most critical analytical domains — customer lifetime value and business performance efficiency.
This role requires a deep understanding of all core business metrics — financial, marketing, and product — as well as the ability to validate, structure, and connect them to form a clear, data-driven picture of how the business truly performs.
You will act as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team, providing insights that shape business decisions and guiding the prioritization within the LTV function.
This is not a standard analytical role — it’s a leadership position within the business performance and growth function, responsible for influencing company-wide results, driving profitability, and ensuring that LTV metrics accurately reflect the value and efficiency of our growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain LTV models for subscription-based products (web & mobile)
- Analyze historical user behavior data (payments, retention, churn)
- Build LTV forecasting models using statistical methods (Cohort, Retention-based, Pareto/NBD, BG/NBD) and machine learning (e.g., XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM)
- Design experiments and validate LTV models
- Create Python-based data pipelines (using SQL, Pandas, Airflow, etc.)
- Collaborate with product analytics, CRM, marketing, and BI teams
- Visualize LTV and ROI metrics via BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset)
Requirements:
- Strong Python and SQL skills (data analysis, automation, pipeline development)
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with classic statistical LTV models (cohort-based, retention curves, etc.)
- Experience with modern ML-based LTV prediction methods (regression, gradient boosting, feature engineering, model validation)
- Previous work with subscription-based monetization (web or mobile apps)
- Ability to build models with 30/90/180/360-day horizons
- Strong grasp of unit economics, CAC, churn rate, ROI, and payback periods
- Skilled in delivering actionable insights and building dashboards
Nice to have:
- Experience with different product types (one-time, subscription, freemium)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, etc.)
- Experience in building end-to-end prediction pipelines (ETL, feature stores, forecasting, reporting)
- Knowledge of Airflow, dbt, Spark, Redshift, or similar analytics stacks
