We are seeking a Growth Analyst to support our team in uncovering insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning metrics into meaningful business action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product, marketing, and user data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Support experimentation efforts by designing and evaluating A/B tests and other data-driven initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the user funnel, campaigns, and customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
- Assist in developing segmentation strategies and reporting frameworks to support personalization and targeting efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data or growth analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4).
- Understanding of product funnels, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention).
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
