About the role

This position is responsible to push consumer / mitra adoptions towards payment products (new/existing) through digital channel. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and measuring performance to ensure successful product adoption and business impact. Working closely with product, marketing, and growth teams, the analyst helps design and evaluate campaigns, optimize execution, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. The position requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate insights that drive decisions and sustainable growth.

Job Description

  • Driving consumer acquisition and product adoption through digital channels using data-driven optimization.
  • Execute and optimize paid and organic acquisition across payment products (Payments, PPOB, Bank Transfer, QRIS)
  • Improve first-month adoption and transaction journeys
  • Manage digital performance channels (Ads & CRM)
  • Track and optimize key growth metrics (Users, CAC, cohorts, LTV)
  • Use data analytics and SQL for performance insights
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strategic Thinking: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively to align stakeholders and achieve consensus.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure stakeholders adhere to plans and timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to build relationships and connect the dots across divisions to foster teamwork and mutual understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, business growth.
  • Proven track record in analyzing data and contributing to business growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency in performance ads dashboard, google, meta, performance marketing, etc
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Strong adaptability to work in dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with regional teams as needed.
