We’re hiring a Growth Account Director to drive expansion within our existing customer base. This is a farmer role focused on deepening relationships, increasing product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities across accounts.
You will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and be responsible for net revenue retention (NRR), upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account strategy.
For this role we are looking for a candidate based in the East Coast (New England area) or California, US. You must reside in one of the following states: MA, NH, RI, NY or CA. The compensation range for this position is $125,000 (base salary) + commission, equity, and benefits.
