Group M is seeking an Media Operations Executive to become an integral part of our Ad Operations team. As an Media Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the set-up, execution, and delivery of digital campaigns. You will work with internal teams and external parties to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and a “can do” attitude as well as a desire to learn about the digital ad tech space.
Key responsibilities:
- This is a partially client facing role. The candidate must be able to drive client conversations on billing/ invoices/ spends and day to day tasks pertaining to ops and billing
- Familiar with campaigns, placements, and platform dashboards like Meta, Snap, Tiktok and Google
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met. Check daily reports, providing updates in team meetings, and providing troubleshooting support.

Strong attention to detail focusing on accuracy of numbers and ability to cross-check formulas & related numbers across related reports
- Work on monthly / annual reports platform wise and market wise
- Create monthly acceptance reports for all markets and close billing in a timely manner
- Work on campaign BOQ as per final media plans
- Liaison with the Account Management team ensuring a timely launch and correct campaign implementation; addressing any questions/issues that may arise.
- The resource must have the ability to be very organized and should be able to work under pressure
- Collaboratively work with account management / media teams and support as and when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in a digital media agencies
- Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate and engage with those around you.
- Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice
- Computer literate with good skills in Office programs (especially Excel/Google Sheets)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions.
- A comfort when working with numbers, we use them a lot!
