Seven Starling is looking to add a Group Therapist to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical team to consistently deliver high quality care to your group members. You will start by leading five to seven groups per week.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with experience in maternal mental health and group therapy. What we look for at Seven Starling
Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online group therapy and serving perinatal patients
Proficiency in structuring and leading virtual group therapy sessions
Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
Expertise in building group sessions that drive patient participation, support, and healing
Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite

What you'll do
Facilitate 55-minute telehealth sessions supporting pregnant, postpartum, and grief/loss perinatal mental health patients
Participate in collaborative individual and group supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive peer consultation
Provide input, feedback, and observations to support group curriculum development
Able to lead groups in the evening (from 5 PM-8 PM EST, or 4 PM-7 PM CST, or 3 PM-6 PM MST, or 2 PM-5 PM PST)
Available to lead groups at least 2-3 days per week Monday-Friday
Able to commit 5-10 hours per week, with opportunity to grow commitment over time
This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity
Who you are
Currently independently licensed as a Psychologist with authority to practice under PSYPACT
Licensed in NY and or CA a plus
Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
Have experience running groups within perinatal mental health (e.g., NICU, women's clinic, women's PHP/IOP program)
Have experience running virtual group therapy, preferably for at least 2 years
Drive to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
Passionate about the benefits of group therapy and skilled in leading group therapy sessions
Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records

Expectation of availability: 5- 10 hours per week to start
