Bachelor's degree in media or related field, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in sales or advertising within out-of-home and/or digital advertising platforms, with established industry relationships.
Proven track record of new business development and achieving revenue targets.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
Ability to work autonomously and stay focused on delivering set targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software (including CRM software like Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
