Role Overview

Atria Health is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Group Product Manager to define and drive the evolution of our Member Experience. As a senior individual contributor, you will own the long-term product vision, strategy, and execution for the digital touchpoints that shape how our members interact with Atria Health—across mobile, web, and in-person channels. This role will also build out a team of PMs to create a best-in-class member experience.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that translate complex health data and personalized care into intuitive, engaging, and outcomes-driven experiences. You will influence executive stakeholders, mentor product peers, and work closely with design, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate has a track record of shipping category-defining products in health tech or consumer wellness, and thrives at the intersection of vision-setting and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Define, champion, and continuously evolve a multi-year product vision and strategy for the Atria Health member experience, in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary thought leader and subject matter expert for member-facing product direction, influencing at all levels of the organization.

End-to-End Product Ownership

  • Lead the development and prioritization of a multi-quarter roadmap that balances member needs, clinical requirements, clinical operations, and business objectives.
  • Drive delivery of high-impact initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and measurable outcomes.

Research, Insights & Foresight

  • Conduct and synthesize advanced member research, behavioral analytics, and industry trend analyses to inform product decisions.
  • Anticipate emerging needs in the health tech and personalized health space, identifying opportunities for disruptive innovation.

Mentorship & Influence

  • Mentor and guide senior and mid-level product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Influence cross-functional partners and executives without direct authority, aligning teams behind shared goals.

Performance & Optimization

  • Define, monitor, and act on KPIs to drive engagement, satisfaction, retention, and health outcomes.
  • Rapidly iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, balancing speed and quality.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience owning strategy for complex consumer-facing digital products in health tech, wellness, or personalized health (e.g., experience at companies like Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Apple Health, Peloton Digital, etc.).
  • Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling products that achieve both business impact and user delight.
  • Experience setting multi-year product vision and translating it into actionable roadmaps that influence multiple product areas.
  • Deep empathy for member needs and an ability to transform those needs into elegant, highly personalized experiences.
  • Mastery of agile product development methodologies and experience driving cross-functional alignment in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills—capable of using data, research, and experimentation to make strategic decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to influence executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design).

Reporting & Work Arrangement

This role reports to the VP of Product & Engineering. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with 3 days/week in the office (Tuesday–Thursday). Travel to other Atria locations as needed.

Compensation:

$180,000 - 240,000
