Role Overview

We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for our Labour Management System (LMS). This platform is the backbone of how we plan, allocate, engage, and optimize our workforce across fulfilment and logistics. The role requires balancing near-term operational excellence with long-term platform scalability to support multiple geographies and business models.

The GPM will lead a team of PMs, partner with engineering, operations, HR, and legal, and build products that directly impact workforce availability, productivity, and compliance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

• Define and own the global vision and roadmap for the Labour Management System 
• Translate business goals (availability, efficiency, compliance, utilization) into clear product objectives.
• Ensure alignment with broader workforce strategy across Korea, Taiwan, and future markets.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive MVP-first delivery with strong bias for measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure systems, balancing speed with enterprise-grade robustness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Ops and HR stakeholders to deeply understand frontline pain points.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to embed regulatory guardrails into product design.
• Partner with Data/AI teams to leverage analytics, segmentation, and prediction for workforce optimization.

What You’ll Work On 

• Workforce Availability: Tools for sourcing, onboarding, and allocation of temp + perm workers, Intelligent shift planning
• Productivity & Engagement: Gamification, nudges, and feedback loops to drive performance.
• Compliance & Policy Guardrails: Worker ID, data masking, substitution holidays, leave policies.
• Segmentation & Insights: Worker cohorts, no-show prediction, churn risk scoring.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in a Group/Lead PM role.
• Proven track record of leading platform products that combine operational workflows with data/AI.
• Strong people leadership—hiring, mentoring, and growing PM talent.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, HR tech, logistics, or marketplaces.
• Exposure to multi-country, high-scale operations.
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy enterprise SaaS.
• Korean or Mandarin fluency a plus.

Type of work:

· Hybrid - Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
