Responsibilities 

  • Drive NGR Growth quarter over quarter by improving ARPU, engagement, and delivering high-impact product initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of major consumer initiatives, taking concepts from strategy to launch with predictable, data-driven execution.

  • Build, scale and mentor a high-performing Product Management team, establishing clear ownership, operating rhythms, KPIs and review processes.

  • Shape and refine the long-term Consumer product strategy (12-36 months) in partnership with FP&A, Engineering and Product Leadership.

  • Establish Consumer as a high-trust, cross functional partners, ensuring srong alignment with business goals and consistent delivery outcomes.

  •  Leadership & People Management: Strong ability to inspire, coach, and grow product managers; builds trust and accountability.

  •  Product Strategy: Exceptional strategic thinking; ability to define a vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.

  •  Execution Excellence: Skilled at defining requirements, prioritizing complex backlogs, and delivering high-quality products.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong understanding of experimentation, user behavior analytics, funnel analysis, and product KPI measurement.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Player-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for players and passion for creating fun, engaging, competitive experiences.

Experience 

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in gaming (mobile, free-to-play, competitive gaming, or similar domains).

  • Proven track record managing multiple product pods or parallel work streams in a high-velocity environment.

  • Experience managing and mentoring 5+ product managers or a similarly sized cross-functional product team in a distributed workforce

  • Demonstrated success scaling consumer-facing products with significant user engagement.

  • Deep familiarity with gaming KPIs, player psychology, monetization strategies, and game lifecycle management.
