Bachelor’s, or master’s degree engineering,
Good English skills (spoken/written) - minimum B2
Good MS Suite knowledge
Experience in Tire Business (at least 4 years)
Experience in Tire Testing operations (at least 2 years)
Experience in leading people
Experience in Project Management and project team coordination
Portuguese languages skills written and spoken is a plus
High service orientation
Expert communication and networking skills
Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 20%)
