WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Lead the Regulatory Reporting of a CRR Credit Institution, reporting directly to our CFO.
  • Oversee all things regulatory reporting - from structural decisions to operating processes around reporting, controls and audits.
  • Develop the regulatory reporting function, including implementation of new regulation (CRR3, new product, new geographies), ongoing reporting processes and controls (entities, branches, group consolidation) as well as technical setup (both in-house and with external partners).
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (e.g. tech, product, compliance, strategy and financial planning) and external service providers (e.g. auditors, system providers and consultants).



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experienced leader (8+ years of experience) with relevant professional experience in the banking sector, a fintech and/or top-tier professional services firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of European regulatory frameworks for financial institutions.
  • Self-driven personality with a bias to action and high attention to detail. You are able to quickly understand new challenges and provide structure to help your team tackle them efficiently.
  • Pronounced leadership and communication skills. People follow your lead, you interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels and navigate well under pressure.
  • Operational experience in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organization will be ideal.
  • Fluent German language skills will be a plus.
