Group Home Manager

As our Group Home Manager, you will provide leadership and support to our staff and residents to optimize their growth and personal successes, and conduct intake assessments for residents.  You will directly supervise our group home program staff, including staff trainings, reviewing/approving client progress notes, and ensuring the group home follows all policy and procedures. This position will entail some on-call duties.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors’ degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 1 year or more of experience working in a human services/behavioral health setting
• Supervisory experience, preferred
• Professional and courteous communication (verbal and in writing) and knowledge of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR);
• Clean Criminal Background Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)
