We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Finance Digital & IT initiatives as a Group Head –D&IT Specialist (Finance). This is a leadership role requiring deep SAP Finance expertise and proven ability to align business needs with technology-driven solutions.
Title: Group Head – D&IT Specialist (Finance)
location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support
Configure & manage Indian GST & Taxation scenarios
Provide functional expertise across FICO, TRM, VIM, FM, and REFX
Drive automation, optimization, and seamless integration with MM, SD, PS, HR, PM
Mentor and guide SAP Finance teams; ensure smooth knowledge transfer & training
Ensure application governance aligned with ITIL standards
Support mergers/migration activities and configuration
Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in SAP FICO (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in TRM, VIM, FM, REFX
In-depth knowledge of Indian GST & Taxation in SAP
Proven track record in SAP full-cycle implementations & rollouts
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Industry experience in Power / Utility sector (mandatory)
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 15 years overall experience (at least 5 years in Finance Domain + 10 years in SAP)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA with SAP specialization
SAP Certification preferred
