Group Finance Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role 

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Group Finance Manager to join our Group Finance function. This role is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of Group Accounting, Group Reporting, and strategic finance initiatives. 

Reporting directly to the Director Group Reporting & Consolidation, the Group Finance Manager will act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the Director, supporting the further development of our financial governance, reporting excellence, and transformation agenda. 

The position offers broad exposure across the organization and plays a key role in strengthening our financial infrastructure, processes, and transparency as the company continues its next phase of growth and complexity. 

Key Responsibilities 

Group Accounting & Consolidation Support 

  • Support oversight of Group consolidation under IFRS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness 
  • Act as sparring partner to the Lead Group Accounting on complex accounting matters 
  • Support the implementation and documentation of new accounting standards 

Group Reporting & Financial Transparency 

  • Contribute to the preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting 
  • Enhance the quality and clarity of external financial reporting 
  • Review and challenge accounting treatments, technical assessments, and position papers 

Group-Wide Finance initiatives 

  • Take ownership of selected cross-functional finance projects aimed at increasing process efficiency, standardization, and automation - Act as a key contributor on high-impact Group-wide initiatives 
  • Support readiness of financial processes, Internal Controls, documentation, and governance structures in line with increasing regulatory and stakeholder expectations 
  • Act as trusted sparring partner to the Director Group Reporting & Consolidation  

Your Profile 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or professional qualification in accounting and finance 
  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience in (Group) Accounting, Reporting, Audit, Taxes or other relevant finance functions 
  • Strong IFRS expertise and solid consolidation knowledge 
  • Experience in a dynamic, growing, and increasingly regulated environment is a plus 
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with hands-on execution capability 
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders 
  • Fluent in English
