Group Finance Manager (集团财务经理)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a high-caliber Group Finance Manager who goes beyond traditional accounting. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between financial figures and business operations. You will not just manage the books but will deep-dive into the business to establish effective financial frameworks and provide strategic FP&A insights that drive management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Deep-dive into business units to understand operational drivers; translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
• FP&A & Strategic Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning process. Analyze variances and provide early warnings on financial performance.
• Policy & Framework Development: Design, implement, and drive effective financial policies and internal control frameworks across the group to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Financial Management: Oversee full-set accounting, group consolidation, and tax compliance; ensure reporting is accurate and strictly follows professional standards.
• Process Optimization: Continuously challenge the "status quo" to streamline financial workflows and enhance data transparency.

Requirements:

• Background: Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with a solid foundation from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Qualifications: CPA qualified
• Language: Native Mandarin speaker with professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills (FP&A focus) and the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
