We’re looking for a creative and collaborative individual to join our Employee Communications team as a Group Employee Content Executive. This role is all about bringing stories to life, creating engaging content, and helping us connect with colleagues across the business. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the conception and creation of large-scale employee communications campaigns
  • Developing written, visual and audio content to keep colleagues engaged and informed
  • Planning and delivering communications around key business moments and events
  • Researching and telling compelling stories about our people
  • Managing weekly and monthly newsletters and content calendars
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure communications are on-brand and in tone
  • Tracking and evaluating the impact of employee communications
  • Improving processes and systems to support efficient content delivery

Who we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including copy editing capabilities
  • Good knowledge of digital and social media content
  • Understanding of editorial and storytelling, including video
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a content or social media team (desirable)
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
