  • Act as Sungrow’s primary technical representative for utilities, TSOs, and DNOs on grid compliance, cyber security, and interconnection matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TSOs and DNOs to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Support internal teams and customers in resolving grid compliance issues with relevant authorities.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation, compliance reports, and certification packages.
  • Represent Sungrow in industry forums, working groups, and regulatory discussions to shape future standards.
  • Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments related to TSO/DNO compliance schemes.
  • Collaborate with R&D to integrate compliance features into our product hardware and software.
  • Coordinate with third-party technical advisors and contribute to shaping our grid strategy across PV + ESS and Smart Energy portfolios.

Your profile

That sounded exciting, right? Now, to make sure you thrive in this role, we’d love for you to bring the following background:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in grid compliance and utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Proven track record working with TSOs and DNOs, including regulatory submissions and operational compliance.
  • Established professional network within the utility and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience representing companies in industry forums or regulatory discussions.
  • Solid understanding of grid codes, cyber security, interconnection requirements, and certification standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • German and English C1; other European languages are always a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
