For this role, we are looking for a true sales leader that understands how to build a team, serve the team, and lead by example. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing or leading sales peers to sell a service-based solution to business-to-business customers (B2B).
The Market Area Sales Manager will be responsible for generating profitable new account revenue by leading a team of outside and inside sales personnel. This position will assist in developing and executing the market area's sales and marketing plan in order to achieve revenue goals for each sales channel. The Market Area Sales Manager will need to be able to identify, qualify, and rank prospects in addition to assigning selling responsibility to the appropriate sales person.
We would like someone who is passionate about teaching, developing others, and leads by example. We would prefer candidates to be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The position will be based at our Dallas yard and the sales territory will cover the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
