Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Greek-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and resolve issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and streamline processes.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the service experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and resolving their inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
