- Leads the Kanadevia Inova and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements
- Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS
- Works with customer and project manager in producing work schedules and plans, implements service delivery, follows up deviations and claims
- Supervises on-site activities/labor crew and ensures works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract, and conform with project time and budget requirements; prepares overhaul report
- Provide guidance and Co-operation of consortium partners sub-contractors
- Prepare reports/documentation for change order requests (technical, time and costs).
- Mechanical /Electrical discipline Technical Diploma with major HSE certifications (confined spaces, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor in delivering mechanical services to a large industrial plant
- Experience in maintenance and overhauling of grates, feeding systems, ram feeders, bottom ash extractors
- Leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Shall be available to work in shifts, including night shift when required, and also to work abroad.
