Job Description

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:

  • Design of print and digital marketing materials (magazine ads, brochures, catalogs, emails, digital ads, social media visuals, presentations, etc.)
  • Creation of logos and icons to continuously enhance the existing brand language
  • Design of website layouts (landing pages, banners, etc.)
  • Strong skills in photographic composition
  • Selecting photos and coordinating with editing partners when needed, and approving retouched product photos in line with our visual standards
  • Participation in brainstorming sessions and campaign storyboard development
  • Desired (but not required) skills in video editing and motion graphics for product campaigns and social media

THE EXPERTISE WE’RE LOOKING FOR TO GO FURTHER:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and FIGMA
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with Canva is an asset
  • Experience with TRELLO, JIRA, or any other project management tools is appreciated
  • Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing is a plus
  • Creative and autonomous you enjoy collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and coordinate with external designers
  • Open to feedback and adaptable you’re known for delivering high-quality work on time
  • Bilingual in French and English, with frequent interactions outside Quebec
