Summary: Fantastic opportunity to join a team of passionate designers within the global design team, supporting the global and regional teams by crafting inspiring creative assets that push the creative boundaries within the beauty industry. The global design team is responsible for the conceptualizing and development of the brand identity and the execution of best-in-class creative assets across all design touch points to support the global brand vision. The ideal candidate’s boundless creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in effectively communicating brand identity to enhance consumer experience.

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visual merchandising concepts, in-store graphics, and display elements that align with brand guidelines and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with VM team to develop and adapt designs for in-store displays.
  • Prepare and adapt artwork for various VM formats, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and refine layouts, dielines, and production-ready files.
  • Develop mock-ups, presentations, and style guides for internal reviews and stakeholder approvals.
  • Adapt artwork and design layouts to accommodate different languages, ensuring consistency across markets.
  • Stay informed on design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to packaging and VM.
  • Ensure high-quality standards across all deliverables and maintain accuracy in production files.
  • Respond positively to feedback and contribute to a collaborative, creative team environment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and layout composition.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and material specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for retail design and creating engaging consumer experiences.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn evolving VM trends and technologies.
  • Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, SketchUp, KeyShot, Blender) for VM concepts and mock-ups is a plus.
