In this position, you will play an important role in shaping and strengthening our brand image by delivering high-quality visual assets that contribute to client acquisition, brand awareness and employer branding initiatives. Working closely with marketing, brand and leadership stakeholders, you will translate ideas and objectives into effective visual communication across multiple channels.

Responsibilities  

  • Visual Design & Creative Development → Create high-quality visual materials for digital, print, large-format and experiential campaigns, ensuring strong and consistent brand representation across all communication channels.

  • Brand Identity & Consistency → Safeguard and continuously refine the company’s visual identity by applying brand guidelines consistently and enhancing brand assets such as visual systems, templates and design components when needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration → Work closely with brand, social media, campaign and content teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts that support marketing and business goals.

  • Video Editing & Multimedia Execution → Produce engaging video content for digital campaigns, employer branding and corporate communications, including editing, motion graphics, sound adjustments and platform optimization.

  • Creative Innovation & Continuous Growth → Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices, proactively bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions that elevate brand impact and storytelling.

  • +3 years of experience in graphic design within a professional environment
  • Relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Canva and good PowerPoint skills for branded materials
  • Solid experience delivering brand and marketing materials for digital and print channels, supported by a strong portfolio
  • Ability to prepare production-ready files for print, digital and multimedia formats
  • Intermediate video editing skills for marketing and communication content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
