This role combines graphic design and video editing responsibilities, supporting the company’s brand presence across digital platforms, print materials, branded assets, outdoor advertising and multimedia content.
In this position, you will play an important role in shaping and strengthening our brand image by delivering high-quality visual assets that contribute to client acquisition, brand awareness and employer branding initiatives. Working closely with marketing, brand and leadership stakeholders, you will translate ideas and objectives into effective visual communication across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Visual Design & Creative Development → Create high-quality visual materials for digital, print, large-format and experiential campaigns, ensuring strong and consistent brand representation across all communication channels.
Brand Identity & Consistency → Safeguard and continuously refine the company’s visual identity by applying brand guidelines consistently and enhancing brand assets such as visual systems, templates and design components when needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration → Work closely with brand, social media, campaign and content teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts that support marketing and business goals.
Video Editing & Multimedia Execution → Produce engaging video content for digital campaigns, employer branding and corporate communications, including editing, motion graphics, sound adjustments and platform optimization.
Creative Innovation & Continuous Growth → Stay up to date with design trends, tools and best practices, proactively bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions that elevate brand impact and storytelling.
