Exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team based in Bristol Water. You’ll be in the office three days a week and will join us on a salary of c£35,000 plus benefits.
About the role
This is a chance to join a close-knit creative team within an industry undergoing rapid and fascinating change. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create materials across a wide range of formats and topics—from engineering and infrastructure to customer education. Your work will span everything from printed leaflets to digital and social media assets.
Working closely with our Content Marketing Manager and Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll plan your workload carefully, meet tight deadlines, and deliver a consistent, high-quality visual approach. The assets you produce will help millions of customers across the South and South West better understand where their water comes from and why saving water matters.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and producing creative assets for campaigns and communications
Ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs
Collaborating with marketing and content teams
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously
Working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
What we’re looking for
Experience and confident operating in a Graphic Design role
Strong graphic design skills across both digital and print formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
Ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging way
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
Educated to degree level or equivalent through relevant training/experience
Skills in video, audio, or animation production would be an advantage
