Milani Cosmetics is looking for a Graphic Designer, Print & Digital to join the Creative team for a long term contract, potential contract to hire position. The goal of this position is to increase brand loyalty and other marketing experiences for the omni ecosystem, which includes print, packaging, campaign graphics, renderings, in-store promotional displays, PR mailers, social and other retail partner assets. Your design vision is elevated, modern and bold and you have an impressive understanding of digital art trends and best brand practices. This role reports into the Art Director and supports the overall Creative and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design loyalty experience content based on briefs, brand strategy and brand aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
• Work closely with Art Director, Creative, Marketing, and Product Development teams to build strategies for print and digital needs that support product initiatives and brand growth
• Concept, create and deliver a strong design solution across various branded materials including but not limited to product renderings, packaging, in-store displays, campaign graphics, PR mailers and digital assets.
• Play a key role developing campaign collateral for use across in-store displays
• Uphold brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color etc. while sharing in the innovation of the Milani Brand voice and graphic systems
• Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions across various branded materials, including product renderings, packaging, in-store displays, campaign graphics, PR mailers, digital assets and event/experiential branding.
• Strategize, manage, and evolve our design guidelines and packaging systems
• Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to manage design requests, progress, approvals, timelines, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Working to various timelines, in a fast-paced environment, while always delivering creative that is accurate and consistent
• Prepare and package files for print, digital, and social, ensuring proper proofing, color-matching, and export formats.
• Maintain and develop excellent communication with production vendors, printers and other external resources ensuring the best services are achieved
• Organize and maintain project archives
• Ensure that all creative produced meets all brief requirements, this includes but is not limited to correct dimensions, resolution, format, and die-lines
• Develop compelling visual narratives for social, digital and performance marketing, leveraging data visualization and interactive elements where applicable.
• Concept beautiful and highly creative booth renders and event space graphics in 2D and 3D formats
Requirements
• AA/BFA/BS Graphic Design degree, Multimedia or related field
• Expert in: Adobe CC, Conceptual Design, Experiential, Type Design, Project Management, Presentation Skills
• Minimum 2 years of package and print design experience, preferably within beauty
• Awareness of current and upcoming trends within the industry, pushing out of the box creative thinking
• Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with multiple rounds of revisions
• Expert working knowledge of die-lines, renderings, mocks, print production, etc.
• Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• solution oriented problem¬ solver by nature
• Naturally inclined towards design optimized for marketing performance. You consistently research, identify, and share current industry design trends as they relate to the brand category

Compensation
The base salary range represents the low and high end of Milani’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to location, education, skills, experience. The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$75,000.00
