Summary of Position:                                                   

As a Senior Graphic Designer at NVE, you’ll lead the creation of impactful visual assets that elevate brand experiences for some of the world’s biggest, boldest and most beloved brands. This is a senior role that requires a strong creative vision, advanced technical skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while delivering exceptional design solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of visual assets for brand experiences
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure designs align with brand goals and objectives
• Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining NVE’s high quality standards
• Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively articulating creative rationale
• Guide the production process, ensuring final deliverables meet technical specifications and creative expectations
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering professional growth within the team
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into NVE’s design practices
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity for clients
• Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and push creative boundaries
• Maintain meticulous organization of project files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team use

Key Skills/Requirements:

• You have a portfolio and experience that is enviable including proven ability to manage complex projects and lead design initiatives

• You have advanced proficiency in 2D design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and strong experience using AI to support the design process

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The candidate for this role must be LA based.

Salary Estimation: [$85,000.00 - $100,000.00]

This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
