BIG PICTURE:

Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-quality pitch deck presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished decks that are both persuasive and visually compelling. This role requires someone who can work full-time on our projects, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Design and deliver clean, polished layouts for both live presentations and PDF distribution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content flow and ensure clarity, impact, and persuasiveness.
• Translate strategic messaging into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with audiences.
• Create infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all designs maintain a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust and ambition.
• Provide fast turnarounds and revisions within stipulated timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality across multiple formats.
  

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 1. Technical Design Expertise
  
  1. Strong command of design software: PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar).
  2. Ability to produce professional, presentation-ready layouts optimized for multiple formats.
  
  2. Sales Deck Structuring & Storytelling
  
  1. Deep understanding of persuasive deck structure: clear opening, narrative arc, supporting evidence, and strong close.
  2. Skilled in refining slide content for maximum clarity and impact.
  3. Ability to collaborate on messaging and craft a visual journey aligned with strategic goals.
  
  
  3. Visual Storytelling & Emotional Design
  
  1. Modern, sophisticated design aesthetic that conveys trust and ambition.
  2. Ability to leverage imagery, typography, and layout to tell an emotional story—not just decorate slides.
  3. Experienced in designing infographics and data visuals, with the judgment to know when to simplify.
  
  4. Turnaround & Commitment
  
  1. Ability to provide quick turnarounds and revisions within deadlines.
  2. Dedicated to working full-time on projects for fast, high-quality delivery.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Design Associate reports directly to the Content Manager

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

Our Design Associate will work remotely from home or personal office and will be required to utilize Changing Lives Productions time tracking software to log and submit work hours

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday West Coast US hours. Will be discussed in depth during the interview
