What Does the Job Involve?

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing Smartly's brand to life across internal and external touchpoints. Sitting within the Product team and working closely with Marketing, this role is responsible for the design and delivery of consistent, high-quality visual communications that support brand, campaign, event, and sales initiatives. From digital campaigns to experiential design, the Graphic Designer ensures that every brand execution reflects the brand’s identity and delivers impact. The role requires a strong eye for detail, design craft, and the ability to work independently at pace.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in an agency or in-house design role.
  • SaaS or tech industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong foundation in brand design, with the ability to follow and extend brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience across print, digital, and experiential formats.
  • Skilled in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Able to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to varied stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Strong narrative thinking and writing skills to support campaign messaging and storytelling.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
