Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality graphic designs that align with our brand standards and project goals. You’ll collaborate closely with a creative team, handling various design tasks and ensuring all outputs are consistent and visually impactful.The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creative problem-solving skills and technical design expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in supporting design workflows and ensuring projects are completed on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with senior designers and team members to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives
• Ensure timely delivery of design tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
• Assist in optimizing design processes to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously enhance creative output
• Contribute to maintaining visual consistency across various communication channels
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused work environment

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma
• Proven experience managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Swahili
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Gaming industry, with an understanding of player behavior and market design needs
• Experience ensuring the consistency and quality of design outputs for Tanzania market
• A proactive, creative mindset focused on delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines
