In this role, you will:

• Develop creative direction and mood boards for internal and external design projects.

• Design mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support digital initiatives.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of campaign strategies across multiple channels.

• Produce original graphic designs for a variety of media, ensuring visual impact and consistency.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and channel teams to create ads, newsletters, and campaign assets.

• Establish, document, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and adherence to best practices.

• Support internal teams with diverse design needs and ad hoc creative requests.

Requirements

• UX Design certification or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience in digital design and content production

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Familiarity with video editing tools and basic motion design principles

• Working knowledge of HTML and web design best practices

• Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

Bonus skill:

• Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
