Graphic Designer - Mid-Level | Octopus by RTG

Octopus by RTG, on behalf of Menthum, is hiring a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong background in animation and visual storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced environment where you’ll help build and elevate Menthum’s visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will play a key role in developing engaging content that reflects Menthum’s innovative brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality visual content including brochures, banners, flyers, digital ads, and social media creatives.
• Create and edit compelling animation videos to be used across digital marketing campaigns, product showcases, and social platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts.
• Continuously evolve and refine Menthum’s brand identity in line with current trends and strategic direction.
• Take ownership of visual projects from concept to delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain and regularly update internal brand assets and style guides.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in graphic design and animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and graphic design projects.
• Proficient in animation tools and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience working within brand guidelines and creating visual assets for digital and print media.
