- This position is full time office (On site in Queretaro, Mexico)
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's visual brand identity.
- Design and create a variety of marketing materials including one-pagers, ads, infographics, templates, presentations, videos and more.
- Work closely with the marketing team, senior designers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets.
- Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, actively contributing ideas for innovation and improvement.

English Proficiency: Intermediate - advanced

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on branding, marketing materials, and other digital projects.

Design Tools: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere - last two are optional but a super plus) and other design tools like Figma and Google Slides. Proficiency in Canva is also required.

Design Principles: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work in a cross-functional team, adapting designs based on feedback and development constraints.
