  • Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, presentations, webinars, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Create graphics, banners, infographics, pitch decks, and promotional creatives aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
  • Use Canva and Figma to design layouts, templates, UI visuals, and marketing assets
  • Leverage AI-based design tools to enhance productivity, generate concepts, and optimize creative workflows
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and creative libraries

  • What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or visual design
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and Figma
  • Experience using AI graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, or similar)
  • Good understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, layout, and composition
  • Ability to create designs optimized for digital platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

    The Path to Joining the Mactores Team
    At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:

    Pre-Employment Assessment: 
    You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

    Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.

    HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
