Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer III to lead design efforts for internal communications across multiple brands and executive teams. This role goes beyond execution—owning creative direction, driving brand consistency, and delivering high-impact visual solutions that support strategic initiatives. You’ll be responsible for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals for diverse audiences, including senior leadership, while ensuring a consistent and elevated brand experience across all materials.

Please note: this is a contract position through June 30, 2026 with a high chance to extend

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and production of internal presentations, reports, and executive communications for multiple brands and business units.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, internal communications teams, and stakeholders to develop visually engaging materials that effectively convey key messages.
  • Maintain and elevate brand standards across all deliverables, ensuring visual alignment across brands and channels.
  • Translate complex, technical, or data-heavy information into visually compelling and easily digestible formats.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities, balancing speed and quality.
  • Provide creative direction, design best practices, and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, in-house, or agency setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional design fundamentals—typography, color theory, composition, and layout—with an eye for detail and polish.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, high-visibility projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience designing executive-level communications and multi-brand collateral.

  • Experience with project management or workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, motion graphics, and advanced presentation design best practices.

Compensation Range:

$83,000-$93,000/yr
