The Role Summary:
The Graphic Designer is a individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality visual assets across brand, product, digital, sales, and field marketing initiatives. This role blends design excellence with hands-on visual production, including photography and videography, to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing programs.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled visual executor who can translate creative briefs and business objectives into polished, performance-driven assets across channels, with a strong eye for detail, consistency, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Execution
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social, sales enablement, and event materials
- Apply and evolve brand guidelines across all deliverables to ensure consistency and quality
- Adapt creative direction into multiple formats while maintaining visual integrity
- Develop templates and repeatable design systems to support scalable marketing execution
Photo & Video Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for products, campaigns, events, and marketing content
- Develop shot lists, production plans, and asset requirements aligned to campaign objectives
- Execute in-house photography and videography, including lighting, composition, and camera setup
- Edit and retouch photography and video assets for use across marketing channels
- Optimize visual assets for digital platforms, web, and social distribution
Collaboration & Executional Partnership
- Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to understand creative briefs, timelines, and priorities
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and field marketing to support integrated campaigns
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and speed
Production & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Prepare final production files for print and digital distribution
- Maintain organized file systems and digital asset libraries
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve design and production efficiency
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual production, preferably in an in-house marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, and video work across channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Hands-on experience planning and executing photo and video shoots
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, lighting, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently while executing against creative briefs and timelines
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, healthcare, aesthetics, or technology-driven brands
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design collaboration tools
- Experience supporting product launches, sales enablement, and field marketing initiatives
- Comfort working in fast-paced, resource-conscious environments

Compensation

Base salary range: $80,000–$85,000, depending on experience
