Role Overview

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support both internal and external brand presence across all company brands. This role plays a key part in shaping how our brands are seen, felt, and understood by customers.

You will design assets across digital platforms, including YouTube, social media, presentations, internal resources, and brand materials. In addition to execution, this role helps ensure visual consistency, clarity, and alignment with each brand’s voice, audience, and positioning. The Graphic Designer supports the development of strong brand systems so that all creative output feels cohesive, intentional, and recognizable.

The Graphic Designer owns the execution and maintenance of visual brand assets across all platforms and brands. This includes YouTube graphics, illustrations, slides, brand guides, marketing, internal branding materials, and customer-facing design assets. This role is responsible for ensuring visual consistency, quality, and alignment with the intended customer voice.

The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with video, content, marketing, and operations teams to support initiatives and bring ideas to life visually. While this role may provide recommendations on visual direction or brand consistency, it does not own content strategy, marketing strategy, or business decisions.

The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Founder / CEO (or designated Creative Lead) and will serve as a key creative partner in maintaining strong, cohesive brand identities as the company grows.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Brand Design & Visual Identity

  • Design and maintain brand identities, including logos, color systems, typography, and visual guidelines
  • Create and update brand guides to ensure consistency across teams and platforms
  • Support internal branding needs such as playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and presentations
  • Ensure all design work reflects the tone, voice, and positioning of each brand

2. YouTube & Content Graphics

  • Design YouTube thumbnails optimized for clarity, curiosity, and brand recognition
  • Create supporting graphics for long-form and short-form video content
  • Collaborate with the video team to ensure graphics align with content goals and audience expectations
  • Iterate on designs based on performance feedback and content needs

3. Illustration & Infographics

  • Create custom illustrations to support storytelling and education
  • Design infographics that simplify complex ideas into clear, visual formats
  • Ensure all visual explanations are easy to understand and aligned with brand standards

4. Slides, Decks & Presentations

  • Design internal and external slide decks for presentations, trainings, webinars, and events
  • Ensure slides are visually consistent, easy to follow, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Partner with internal teams to translate information into compelling visual narratives

5. Adobe & Design Execution

  • Demonstrate proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
  • Maintain organized design files and version control
  • Execute designs with a high level of attention to detail and polish

6. Merch & Extended Brand Assets (Plus)

  • Support merchandise design concepts when applicable
  • Assist with packaging, apparel, or promotional asset design as needed
  • Ensure extended brand assets align with existing brand systems and customer voice

7. Collaboration & Feedback Integration

  • Collaborate with content, video, marketing, and operations teams
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity
  • Support evolving brand needs across multiple brands and initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing YouTube graphics, including thumbnails and other supporting visual assets.
  • Ability to create illustrations, infographics, and visual explainers that enhance content and educational materials.
  • Skilled in designing slide decks and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand assets, including logos, visual systems, and style guides.
  • Ability to support internal branding (playbooks, decks, documents) as well as external branding (marketing campaigns, content, customer-facing materials).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with content, video, and marketing teams, ensuring visuals align with messaging and audience objectives.
  • Capable of translating ideas, concepts, and brand direction into polished, professional visual designs.
  • High standards for quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all design deliverables.
