What is the team?

The Brand and design team is the main responsible for driving the brand marketing strategy as well as the execution/production of all marketing campaign assets (performance marketing; digital and social media, online and offline media). For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product or Sales, B2B, customer acquisition, to uncover the most valuable growth opportunities. For this role, as part of the design team, you will lead the B2B assets development and production, in close collaboration with the B2B team to reach campaign objectives. We can’t wait to have you on board!

What will you do?

• Support the Brand and design team by working on a variety of projects related to the B2B area, such as creative assets for digital placements as well as printed materials.
• Ensure consistency in creative assets and preserve the brand evolution.
• Performing final arts of different graphic pieces.
• Creating graphic materials for events (wide-format pieces).
• Work on cross-functional projects being close to other departments in order to design and execute initiatives. 
• Develop creative concepts and execute them as required.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a B2C and B2B company/digital.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory & layout composition
• Proven experience working in an agile development environment, with the ability to iterate quickly and prioritise design tasks in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, video creation.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• You are a great teammate, strong collaborator and can work autonomously.
• Good organization skills with keen attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
