Digital Minds, an award-winning social media agency and the #1 influencer agency in Greece, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its Production team in Athens.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full creative process—defining requirements, visualizing concepts, and designing impactful graphics, illustrations, logos, photos, and animations for a variety of media. Your work will aim to inspire, attract, and engage audiences while communicating the right message across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design visuals for websites, e-shops, and digital campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, etc).
Create engaging graphics for social media posts, both animated and static.
Develop thumbnails, banners, logos and channel assets tailored to clients’ needs.
Conceptualise visuals based on requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Research and execute cost-effective event installations and merchandise designs.
Collaborate closely with the Art Director and marketing teams on various projects.
Studio set design (for video productions or photoshoots).
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print media.
Basic knowledge of AI design tools to enhance workflow and creativity.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with YouTube and Social Media platforms.
