Graphic Designer

You will:

• BA/BS, or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years of graphic design experience supporting creative services, marketing team(s), or working in an art department required; enterprise software or SaaS industry experience is a plus but not required
• Must include portfolio of work that best demonstrates your visual design abilities
• Expert understanding of layout, visual design, and typography for branding in all marketing collateral across the following vehicles: digital, web, social media, print, tradeshow/signage; print and web asset design capabilities: must know how to work in both for integrated campaigns 
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, and Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Experience in working within brand guidelines
• Previous experience with correctly setting up files for large scale prepress printing (such as trade show booth graphics)

Key Responsibilities

• Design visuals for digital & print use, with a focus on templated and standardized assets: datasheets, solution briefs, executive briefs, partner briefs, industry solution briefs, display ads, eBooks, social media posts, and trade show graphics
• Help to maintain the creative request process (we use Asana) and clearly communicate production processes to the organization; manages multiple projects simultaneously, proactively reprioritizing with your teammates and stakeholders, when necessary, as determined by competitive issues
• Plays a pivotal role in the strategic design of complex and ongoing projects, overseeing the execution of design elements from concept to delivery. Transforms detailed information into clear, engaging presentations, while enhancing and reimagining templates to elevate existing materials
• Reinforces brand guidelines across Boomi; works closely with other designers to maintain a visually on-brand range of collateral and overall presence
• Assist with design elements, formatting, and general branding cleanup for PowerPoint and other presentations with stakeholders across the organization 
• Helps to organize, migrate, and maintain organized asset libraries (GDrive, CC libraries)
• Remains current on design trends, including graphics, website, social, and video
• Able to work with outside agencies and vendors, as needed
