Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the skills to bring our brand to life across various digital and print platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create visually compelling content that supports our branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns and promotions.
• Design and layout presentations and reports that effectively communicate our message.
• Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
