Role Overview:

As a Graphic Design Intern at apna.co, you will support the Brand & Marketing team in creating compelling visual assets that drive engagement and brand recall. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a wide range of design projects, including social media creatives, digital campaigns, product marketing, employer branding, and internal communications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Asset Design:Create eye-catching and brand-aligned creatives for social media, performance ads, emailers, presentations, landing pages, and more.
• Marketing Collateral:Support the development of marketing and communication materials such as brochures, banners, event creatives, posters, etc.
• Video & Motion Support (optional): Assist in editing short videos or reels using basic motion graphics and templates (if skilled).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives follow the brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone, color, typography, and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into visuals.
• Feedback Implementation: Take constructive feedback and iterate quickly to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualification:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Design Tool Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Mandatory)
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong visual sense, understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand briefs and communicate design choices effectively.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• AI Tools (Bonus): Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) is a plus.
