Role Overview:  Own all visual design for the client across digital, print, training, social, and sales assets ensuring every touchpoint looks premium, cohesive, and unmistakably the clients profile

We need an experienced graphic designer who is highly skilled in InDesign, layout design, multi-page documents, PowerPoint decks, and brand consistency. They must be able to design landing page visuals, training workbooks, social content, EDM graphics, and print assets with a premium, polished look. Strong attention to detail, spacing, margins, typography, and file prep is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Web Visuals

  • Photo editing for social and website (color correction, cropping, light retouching, consistent look & feel).
  • Design social media posts (static + carousels) for LinkedIn/Instagram.
  • Create icons and simple illustrations that match brand style.
  • Design YouTube video tiles/thumbnails that stand out and stay on brand.
  • Support website visuals – banners, section graphics, and imagery to support landing pages.

Presentation & Training Assets

  • Build and refine PowerPoint layouts for:
    • Client workshops
    • Sales decks
    • Internal frameworks
  • Design and update workbooks & participant guides (A4, InDesign, print-ready).
  • Create handouts and simple tool templates for training (PDFs, worksheets).

Campaign & Brand Collateral

  • Design website, LinkedIn, and campaign banners (hero images, headers, event promos).
  • Create brochures and one-pagers for programs, PI, and leadership offerings.
  • Design print assets for:
    • Hats, hoodies, merch
    • A4 workbooks
    • Handouts and certificates
  • Create quote/graphic tiles for HubSpot (visual quotes, stats, testimonials).

Email & EDM Visuals

  • Design newsletter layouts for HubSpot (Red Wolf Digest, PI Digest) in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create EDM visual components:
    • Header graphics
    • Section dividers
    • Call-to-action blocks
    • Simple infographics for email.

Landing Page & Campaign Design

  • Design high-quality landing page visuals (campaigns, lead magnets, events, program launches).
  • Create full page mockups showing layout, hierarchy, CTAs, imagery, and brand styling.
  • Produce all visual assets needed for build (banners, icons, graphics, hero images, CTA blocks).
  • Provide clear visual direction for the Digital Marketer to implement in HubSpot — no coding required.
  • Ensure pages are on-brand, conversion-focused, and visually consistent across the campaign.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Non-negotiables:

    • 5+ years in brand/marketing design (agency or B2B/education/consulting).
    • Strong Adobe Suite: especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop for print + digital.
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills – not just slides, but full deck design and layout.
    • Proven experience designing workbooks, manuals, or educational content.
    • Experience creating social + web + email graphics (not just print).
    • Understanding of print production: bleeds, CMYK vs RGB, export settings, file prep for printers and merch.

Nice to have (but great filters):

    • Experience with Canva for fast-turn assets using brand templates for the team to use.
    • Knowledge of brand systems – maintaining libraries, tokens, styles.
    • Experience with YouTube thumbnails or video branding systems.
    • Understanding how design supports conversion (landing pages, banners).

We strongly prefer candidates who can:

    • Build systems and templates, not just individual assets
    • Make creative design decisions independently
    • Interpret brand guidelines, not wait for instructions
    • Provide visual recommendations, not wait to be directed
    •  Think in campaigns, not isolated graphics

The right person

    • We prefer calm, structured, low-ego designers who thrive on feedback, iteration, and brand discipline.
    • Must collaborate effectively with the Digital Marketer for landing pages and EDMs, and with the Video Editor for campaign cohesion
    • We value designers who are reliable, responsive, and low-drama. Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and works collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)

Before applying, please note: This application includes a video assessment provided by the client. If you’re not comfortable with creating a video assessment, that’s completely okay—feel free to explore other opportunities with us. Additionally, as part of the independent contractor agreement, our clients are not obligated to provide you with equipment, so you will need to use your own. Thank you!

At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
