About the Program

The Miro Software Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to help computer science graduates launch their careers. In our 12-month programme, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects. You'll also be mentored by expert software engineers, who will help you develop your skills and career.

We understand that at this stage of your career you might not be sure yet where you want to specialize and what roles you will find the most enjoyable.  What we do know is that building something that people love is exciting and why we are here.

We will give you a broad experience, from working on a product development team building features millions of users will love to experiencing how we use data to make this happen.

You will spend time working with engineers, product managers, designers, analytics, ux researchers to look at a customer problem, and brainstorm solutions, experiment and see if the behavior change happens or iterate and try something else.  You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from product idea to putting it into production and monitoring the results.

You will also get the opportunity to see how Data & Machine Learning inform decision making at Miro and deliver product capabilities like Miro Assist. You will see how we use our modern data

We’re excited to meet early-career engineers who have moved beyond simple chat prompts and have truly integrated AI into their development flow. Whether it’s using AI agents for autonomous debugging, analyzing logs, or rapidly prototyping and shipping features to production, we value the ability to "pilot" these tools to deliver high-quality code at an ambitious pace.
