What You'll Do
As a Graduate Proposals Engineer, you’ll join our Combustion Rental and Rapid Response team, gaining hands-on experience across technical design, client engagement, and project delivery. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and work closely with teams across Europe and the USA.
Learn and Lead: Develop technical and commercial proposals for combustion rental and flare projects.
Design with Purpose: Perform process design to select the right equipment for each client’s needs.
Engage Globally: Attend meetings and site visits across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Collaborate Across Borders: Work with our UK team, European offices, and US headquarters.
Grow Your Skills: Write formal quotations, manage correspondence, and support project progression.
Who are you?
Passionate about the energy, oil & gas, or chemical process industries
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from real-world engineering challenges
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Comfortable reading engineering drawings and using tools like Excel and Word
Willing to travel internationally and work at heights when needed
Holder of a full UK driving licence
