We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inbound + Outbound Sales Representative. As a key member, you'll be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for Education products. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify and build a robust pipeline of potential education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Actively engage prospects through schedule calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
  • Qualification and Discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with the benefits of our client's solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute with valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies
  • CRM Management: Diligently track and update lead fields in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
  • Performance: Coachable and organized to execute different tasks with accuracy (update salesforce, follow cadences, return to prospect’s calls).
  • Responsible for the entire sales qualification process, which includes: qualifying customers (using BANT, ANUM, or similar qualification criteria), converting into an opportunity, and passing on to the appropriate sales channel.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (must-haves):

  • Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish): C2 level
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • 2 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales or sales outbound experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Workspace
