Our fast-growing e-commerce startup is scaling multiple high-performing brands and campaigns. We’re seeking a strategic, experiment-driven Google Display / Native Advertising Specialist to lead our upper-funnel and retargeting strategies. You will bridge the gap between media buying and creative strategy, owning the performance of Display and Native campaigns while exploring Push opportunities.
This role isn't just about managing bids; it is about managing the user journey. You will work closely with our creative and CRO teams to build high-converting funnels—optimizing everything from the ad creative and "hook" to the pre-sell page and final checkout. Your decisions will directly impact our ability to scale, and we actively encourage you to test bold angles, challenge the norm, and propose better ways to capture attention.

Main Responsibilities
Own Display & Native Growth: Lead performance campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, and scaling across Google Display and Native channels.
Drive Creative Strategy: Develop and iterate on creative concepts, testing variations in hooks, angles, formats, and messaging to stop the scroll.
Optimize the Full Funnel: Collaborate with creative, CRO, and funnel teams to improve advertorials, pre-sells, landing pages, and conversion flows to boost AOV and conversion rates.
Master Audience Intelligence: Build and implement advanced audience strategies, utilizing custom segments, affinity, in-market, remarketing, and lookalikes.
Execute Structured Testing: Build and run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel steps to unlock new growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and interpret key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, MER, LTV) to guide decisions, utilizing high-quality tracking via GA4 and GTM.
Manage Account Health: Handle channel-specific bidding, placement strategies, exclusions, and brand safety controls to ensure profitable spend.
Drive Performance Max: Manage PMax strategies with a heavy emphasis on asset group optimization and audience signals.
Core Requirements
3+ years of proven experience with Google Ads, with a strong specialization in Display and/or PMax creative optimization.
Creative-First Mindset: Deep experience with creative testing frameworks, banner/responsive creatives, and collaborating with design teams.
Funnel Expertise: Experience working with advertorials, pre-sell pages, landing pages, and understanding how to optimize the post-click experience.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and custom event tracking.
E-commerce Fluency: A strong understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV, MER, LTV) and how they interact.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to find audience opportunities and competitor trends.
Holistic Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of Search, Shopping, and YouTube to understand the broader ecosystem.
Communication: Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative, CRO, design, and product teams.
Experience with D2C subscription-based funnels or Native/Push advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) is a strong plus.
Salary Range
3000 - 5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
